American Equipment Finance LLC (AEF) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets forth our current privacy practices with regard to the information we collect when you interact with us.

AEF collects certain information from and about its customers directly from its customers.

For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in servicing your account with us or to government entities in response to subpoenas. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this statement.
